I completed my Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences at Laval University. I then moved to France to pursue a Master's degree in Agrosciences, Territories, Landscapes, and Forests (AEPTF), with a focus on plant-environment interactions at Lorraine University in Nancy. I am currently a first-year PhD student at the Sophia Agrobiotech Institute, within the Rhizobium-Legume Interaction team. My research focuses on exploring the genetic variability of Rhizobium to optimize symbiotic priming and enhance the resistance of peas and lentils to Ascochyta blight. In other words, I aim to select Rhizobium strains that are particularly effective at inducing priming.
